Support Coordination

Our staff can help you access your chosen providers. They will help you understand your NDIS plan and work with you to individualise it, addressing your personal goals and aspirations and including steps to help you achieve them.

If you partner with us to provide support coordination, we can take the stress out of seeking and then screening your desired support staff- helping you find the right people that fit your idea of what you want for support. If you prefer, we can connect you with another service provider. We will only link you up with service providers that are suitably qualified and have met rigorous safety screening checks. We will help iron out any problems that may crop up, such as, substandard performance from workers. If you’d like us to, we will advocate for you. We will always stand by you.

Our staff have been carefully chosen for their warm, empathic nature, and genuine desire to help. They are suitably qualified, experienced, and selected for their high levels of emotional competence.

Accommodation and Respite Care

We are flexible and offer a 24/7 service. We try our best to be responsive to your needs.

We understand that in life the unexpected can happen and urgent support becomes helpful.

We understand that clients and caregivers face many pressing demands and taking a break becomes necessary to refresh, restore, and revitalise. If you’d like a break our service can offer you respite.

You can take as little or as long as you want. Whether it’s a few hours to catch up on those small jobs and appointments you’ve been postponing, a weekend break, or longer respite, we’re here for you.

We can currently offer respite care at your home. We are flexible– whatever works best for you- we will work around your needs.

Our support staff have passed rigorous security and safety checks. They are suitably qualified and experienced.

Supported Independent Living

If you’d like support or supervision with daily tasks such as cooking meals, maintaining your personal hygiene needs, administering your medication, attending appointments, engaging in social activities, establishing personal routines, and learning how to manage these independently we can help.

Our support workers can help you develop these skills at your own pace.

Guided by your personalised plan which contains your chosen goals, they will work in partnership with you to achieve your desired outcomes. Whether it’s to gain confidence in navigating public transport, attending work, or establishing a structured daily routine, we can provide you with the support you need as you grow in autonomy and independence.

Our support staff will work with you and your support coordinator to make sure you are satisfied with how your goals are being addressed in your personalised plan.

Safety is paramount to us, so we ensure all our support staff are suitably experienced and screened for security checks.

We realise the important contribution made by families, care givers, and significant others to one’s overall wellbeing and consider this input invaluable in helping us get to know you better. However, we will never share any information you give us with others, without your permission.

Nursing at Home

Contact us if you need nursing care. We can offer 1:1 monitoring, provide medication administration including necessary injections, enteral feeding support, wound care, diabetic management, bowel management, support with attending medical and hospital appointments including transport.

Social & Community Participation

We offer support and encouragement with social activities and interests. We can help you discover new interests or explore further your current interests and passions.

If you would like, we can partner up with you to do fun activities that you enjoy. Whether it is a meal down at the foreshore, seeing a movie, or baking delectable goodies at home- whatever you choose- we can provide supportive companionship and mentoring.
